A company is looking for a Senior Claims Operation Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Claims team, ensuring smooth day-to-day
operations
Uphold service standards, delivering exceptional customer
experiences across the claims process
Collaborate with carrier partners to streamline and optimize claims
processing and resolution
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in claims management within the insurance
industry (auto required, commercial auto preferred)
Proven experience leading claims teams and working with third-party
administrators
In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages, claims processes, and
industry regulations
Experience analyzing claims data to assess and improve portfolio
performance
