A company is looking for a Supplier Performance Management
Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a global supplier performance management
strategy and governance framework
Build systems for performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting,
and lead regular business reviews
Manage relationships with strategic suppliers and oversee risk
management and compliance oversight
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field;
Master's preferred
10-12 years of experience in supplier performance or strategic
sourcing, preferably in IT services
Proven ability to design and lead global supplier performance
management programs
Strong analytical skills and experience with KPIs and performance
tools
Certifications in supply chain, SRM, or risk management
preferred
