Integrated Planning and Scheduling - Project Management Specialist - Level 2 Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Planning & Schedule Specialist (Level 2) to join our team in Long Beach, CA . In this role you will be working with internal cross-functional teams to develop & maintain project schedules. Position Responsibilities: Supports preparation, development and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements Assists with the development of program plans, schedules and coordinates with affected organizations, documents work statements and resulting schedules Supports the integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners of moderate complexity Identifies and reports performance variances Participates in the review of proposed changes to the baseline This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher 3 years experience in a role requiring project / program management skills 3 years Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience working with PowerBI, Tableau or other business intelligence systems Experience conducting data analysis with Excel Experience with Agile / SAFe Methodology Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc) Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
