Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in solution engineering focused on marketing
technology and customer engagement
Proven track record in driving growth through Martech solutions,
particularly in personalization and loyalty
Ability to develop and articulate strategic visions for leveraging
Marketing Cloud capabilities
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with sales, product
management, and customer success teams
Strong technical understanding of data-driven solutions and
architecture design
