Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Staff, Technical Support
Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Support the ARC team by troubleshooting customer issues on JUNOS
based platforms
Replicate customer environments and network problems in the lab for
problem resolution
Interface with internal teams on critical customer escalations and
participate in knowledge creation initiatives
Required Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Telecommunication Engineering
15+ years of experience in IP Network Routing and/or Switching
domain
Proficiency in at least 2 networking technologies (e.g., Layer
2/Layer 3, MPLS)
Knowledge of networking protocols and features
Preferred certifications include JNCIE/CCIE
