Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Accounting & Treasury to
manage its financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Own the accounting function, ensuring timely month-end close and
compliance with GAAP
Manage treasury operations, including cash management and
forecasting
Establish internal controls and robust accounting policies as the
company scales
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of relevant experience in accounting and treasury
functions
Experience from a top-tier accounting firm and in a high-growth
startup
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Hands-on experience with financial systems like QuickBooks or
NetSuite
CPA or equivalent certification preferred but not required
