A company is looking for a Director of Project Finance & Capital
Markets.
Key Responsibilities
Source capital to fund the growth of the residential TPO
business
Lead negotiations with joint venture, debt, and tax equity
investors
Develop and present materials for investors and company
leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or related
fields
10+ years of experience in consumer finance or renewable energy
finance industries
5+ years of experience in solar project finance at a top-tier
developer, asset manager, or investment bank
3+ years in a mid/senior-level role with direct reports
Experience building and maintaining complex project finance Excel
models
