Job Description Job Description Position Summary Lifelong Access
is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our
pediatric program. This role involves working with children from
birth to age 18 in Early Intervention, clinic settings, or both.
You will collaborate with a trans-disciplinary team and have
opportunities to supervise Certified Occupational Therapy
Assistants (COTAs) and fieldwork students. Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of children ages birth to 18 Conduct initial and
ongoing assessments in areas such as fine motor/self-help skills,
upper extremity function, ADLs, visual/perceptual skills, and
sensory processing Collaborate with professionals including
Developmental Therapists, PTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs Supervise
COTAs and interns as assigned Develop and update treatment plans
with targeted short- and long-term goals Maintain professional
documentation including progress reports and session notes Perform
additional duties as required by organizational needs
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy (master’s
preferred) NBCOT certification Current Illinois OT license or
license-eligible Illinois Early Intervention credential (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of pediatric OT experience, preferably with
developmental delays/disabilities Valid Illinois driver’s license
and safe driving record Proof of current automobile insurance
Physical Requirements Frequent sitting, standing, walking,
kneeling, crawling, and fine motor manipulation Ability to
lift/move up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Ability to interact with children and adults, including those with
