As we continue building a strong clinical leadership team and prepare for our HRSA FQHC Look-Alike designation, we are seeking a Part-Time Primary Care/Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing organization. Position Summary The Physician provides comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, emphasizing prevention, chronic disease management, and whole-person care. This role works closely with the CEO, CMO, NP/PAs, and care team to ensure high-quality care, strong clinical outcomes, and compliance with HRSA, state, and federal standards. Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based primary care to adult patients and geriatric patients. Conduct preventive exams, chronic disease visits, acute care, and follow-ups. Review labs, imaging, consult notes, and medication refills in a timely manner. Support care coordination and ensure continuity of care with specialists and hospitals. Collaborate with the CEO and clinical team on quality improvement, patient safety, and HRSA compliance measures. Participate in chart reviews, peer review, and clinical policy development as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR. Uphold Apexs mission of accessible and compassionate care.
