We welcome you to join us in healing and inspiring the human spirit and to pivot from a job opportunity to an authentic experience!Under the direction of the Senior Director, Commercial Products, the Director, Product Development will be responsible for developing product portfolios for all IEHP lines of business: Covered California, Medicare Advantage, Dual-eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNP), and Group products. This role will manage the product development lifecycle, drive projects to conduct market analyses, work collaboratively to articulate strategy recommendations, and monitor key product metrics. In additional this leader will support product implementation, and other strategic initiatives to meet IEHPs strategic membership growth objectives. This position will work closely with Division and Department Leaders in the design of products, relying on industry research, historical Product performance, feedback from key IEHP stakeholders, and market trends.
